Engadin Counseling Retreats

Momentum, movement, and the Engadin's natural setting

Turn months of therapy into days of real progress — turning struggle into harmony.

Momentum is key to fast progress in therapy. The retreat format enables daily meetings with morning and afternoon sessions. As we walk gentle trails, you'll discover how naturally conversation flows, insights emerge, and breakthroughs unfold.

Here in nature, away from life's demands, therapeutic insights can truly take root. The synergy of focused counseling work amidst natural surroundings creates an ideal space for mind-body integration. Walk, talk, reflect and transform – all at your own rhythm, in an environment that nurtures both deep relaxation and profound personal growth.

Your retreat experience is fully customizable. Choose from a range of accommodations – from wellness hotels to charming guesthouses – to match your preferences and budget.

How Your Retreat Unfolds

Find Your Retreat Dates

After choosing your retreat, we'll work together to select dates that work for you. This gives you the go-ahead to book accommodation that suits your needs and budget. Retreats are available year-round in the Engadin.

Prepare for Your Retreat

You'll receive thoughtful assessments to reflect on your goals and concerns. Your responses help us create focused, goal-oriented sessions that deliver meaningful results.

Your Daily Schedule

Two-hour sessions each morning and afternoon give us momentum while leaving time for rest, exploration, and integration. Between therapy sessions, enjoy the area, savor good meals, relax, or simply be – without work demands.

Walking Therapy in Nature

The Walk and Talk sessions take place on gentle trails at your pace. We may sit on a bench or pause to talk. No athletic ability needed – you'll help choose where we walk each day.
