Step 2 in Positive Parenting
Welcome to this practical analysis of your child's behavior that prepares us for our next goal-oriented session!
Your assignment is to listen to the recording to learn about
The basic needs of humans in a social environment.
At the end of the recording, I will introduce you to the assignment where I ask you to choose one of the triggers below and write down a situation when you felt like that.
You may possibly know all these triggers and be inclined to share about them all, but we take it step by step and start with choosing from the emotion you have felt most often in the last 2-3 months.
Please listen until the end before writing because we need you to document the happening in a particular way.
Choose from:
1. Annoyed, irritated, agitated, frustrated, worried, guilty
2. Challenged, provoked, angry, threatened, defeated
3. Hurt, and you want to hurt back, disappointed, embarrassed, disbelieving, disgusted
4. Hurt, desperate, hopeless, powerless, inadequate
I'm pleased to be on this mission with you, and I'm looking forward to our
next talk.
My best regards.
Martina
