It's a phenomenon that all humans have experienced the emotions below in some way, even briefly, and that we can all relate to how these emotions feel. In that sense and therefore, we can have empathy and compassion for others.
However, if one or some emotions are resurfacing repetitively or frequently, it's a sign that an idea, perception, or belief needs healing.
