Spiritual Retreat Switzerland:
Finding Meaning and Purpose

Inner Clarity as a Compass in Daily Life

Alfred Adler's Individual Psychology describes five life tasks that shape our human existence.

While the three social tasks – "Love", "Work", and "Community" – determine our daily life, the two personal life tasks "Self" and "Universe" form the foundation for how we shape our lives.

The life task "Universe" addresses the big questions of meaning and is inseparable from the life task "Self." Therefore, we seek answers to: What gives my life meaning? Which values guide me? Where do I stand in relation to something greater that surrounds me? What does it mean: I am?

In this 2-day retreat, I offer individual spiritual guidance – holistically, without dogma, but with depth.

The lack of coherence between inner values and lived daily life often manifests as:

  • Inner restlessness despite external success

  • Difficulty making clear decisions

  • The feeling of not being in alignment

  • Longing for deeper meaning

  • Feelings of loneliness

When Values and Experience Are Not Coherent

Spirituality in Psychological Counseling

More and more people want therapy to address not only the cause of thoughts and their consequences, but also to understand the principle of cause and effect in a larger context:

  • What is truly important to me and how do I take responsibility for my spiritual self?

  • What other spiritual senses do I perceive and how do I cultivate them?

  • How do I find my inner peace in difficult phases of life?

  • How do I stay at my frequency when my surrounding operates differently?

Making spirituality concrete and defined for oneself can bring inner richness and allow daily life to flow with less resistance.
